Panipuri Viajes is an agency specializing in Asia and the Middle East, founded in 2013 with the goal of offering alternative, artisanal, and immersive travel to the countries and cultures we love.

 

Behind the project are Carmen Teira and Antonio Aguilar: two passionate lovers of history, anthropology, and Eastern philosophies who have spent more than half of their lives (together and separately) traveling the world completely independently. 

 

For us, traveling isn't just about traveling to a country; it's an opportunity to consciously explore its social, historical, and cultural reality. We firmly believe that connecting with the people of the places we visit is the best way to get to know them; and that, in turn, experiencing different cultures allows us to better understand our world and human nature itself.

 

This, in a nutshell, is what we aim to convey in each of our trips. Whether it's a custom-designed private itinerary or one of our small-group trips, we want you to experience their daily lives, connect with their people, understand their history, and immerse yourself in the social and cultural reality that shapes them. This way, your trip will be a truly enriching and educational experience, and not just a simple " check-off " from a seemingly endless list.
